高三文科党记忆方法：开动思维降低知识的遗忘率

如果说我算是高考的胜利者，那么有规律的生活与学习是我胜利的主要原因。我把各门功课的复习时间分配得很合理，使我觉得学习紧张而充实但又不觉得时间缺乏，没头绪。

「集中学习」与「分散学习」哪个学习效果更佳？

如果单说一门知识的学习，Alan Baddeley, Micheal W. Eysenck, & Michael C. Anderson 合著的《Memory》(2nd edition, 2015)第五章 Leaning 里对集中学习和分散学习的效果进行了对比，作者的结论是：分散学习(Distributed practice)的效果更好。
